● It must be resolute that the product was not harmed/damaged while in your possession

● The product was not dissimilar from what was shipped to you

● The product must be returned in its original state as it was received

● In case of the receipt of damaged or defective items please report immediately to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, only be entertained when the merchant has checked and determined the same at his end. The above must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products

● In case you feel that the product received is not authentic or as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must inform the customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision post investigation of your complaint

● If the payment is done online and you are canceling the order without any valid reason, a mandatory payment gateway charge of 3% plus GST will be deducted from your refund amount

● It’s your due responsibility to take out the print of the manifest that The Agri World provides while returning the product
